Thom worked as an all-round tax lawyer at Pereira B.V. in The Hague from 2017 to 2023. At Pereira, he worked for high net worth individuals, real estate funds, family businesses and family offices. Before joining Pereira, he worked as an intern at Baker Tilly Berk in Rotterdam and at the International Tax Services practice of EY in Rotterdam. He was also active as a staff member and board member of Stichting Belastingwinkel Rotterdam.
