Professional Experience

Saskia began her career in 2007 at Loyens & Loeff N.V., where she worked in the Private Clients practice. In this role, she combined preparing tax returns with providing tax advice, focusing on income tax, corporate income tax, and gift and inheritance tax.

She then worked as a Tax Manager in the M&A practice at PwC, where she was involved in due diligence investigations, (inter)national restructurings, and other transaction-driven tax matters. This combination of technical expertise and transaction experience enables Saskia to approach tax challenges from multiple angles.
