Dick van Sprundel

Dick focuses on foreign companies looking to invest in the Netherlands, but primarily on Dutch family owned businesses looking to do business abroad. His expertise consists of the Dutch dividend withholding tax, corporate income tax and international and European taxation. Experience

From 1 December 1999 to 1 September 2017, Dick has been working as tax adviser or (tax)attorney with subsequently NautaDutilh NV, Simmons & Simmons, Clifford Chance LLP, Ernst & Young Belastingadviseurs LLP and finally Mazars Paardekooper Hoffman NV. He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences. Dick also publishes in renowned tax magazines, such as Weekblad Fiscaal Recht and European Taxation and has been lecturer European and International taxation at Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1 August 2009 up to and including 31 August 2018.
